It's about Fumika, who is a deliverer of Shigofumi. they are letters, sent by people who are dead, to someone alive, as a last word. Throughout the Anime, you get to see the stories behind the shigofumi, and the people who have recieved them. Also, you get to know about Fumika's past, little by little...
I think it's a really cool and addicting anime... It has 12 episodes, and I've seen it in two days. Especially in the end it is very interesting.

I've watched it and I can recommend this to everyone who loves psychological anime. The first few episodes are episodic, but the latter one are deeper -they're about Fumika's past-. Furthermore, the character designs rock:  w00t |
